Hi,

I'm warning: the Tupi are on their way.

I suggest to use: Groningen.
This is "a language unlikely to be spoken by any one
present" and "a language spoken 'a great distance
away' ".

And besides, the city council is doing the most
incredible things to get Groningen on the world map,
and this time I support them.
