Hi Elsie!

As in *slim jafel*? Well, why not, I'd say.

In Dutch we often use the expression: "Het is hier niet al te jofel" or "Hij
is niet jofel", where "niet jofel"  means "not okay, not sane/healthy".

Ena dthen we also say: "Een jofele vent" = "great guy". Interesting, how you
feel the understatement when used in a negative sense.
