From: R. F. Hahn <sassisch at yahoo.com>
Subject: History

Dear Lowlanders,

Last night, under "Projects", I announced the unveiling of our new
presentation: http://lowlands-l.net/traditions/

In this connection I also unveiled my introduction to the song *Jan
Hinnerk*and its historical background:

English: http://lowlands-l.net/traditions/songs_jan-hinnerk-en.php
German: http://lowlands-l.net/traditions/songs_jan-hinnerk-de.php

If you have already taken a look at it (and I noticed that a few of you
have) and it interests you, please return to it and refresh the page view,
because there have been a couple of changes. I added the sub-sub-title
"answers and questions" (yes, in this sequence). More importantly, a flash
of "brilliance" or "epiphany" struck me this morning, which prompted me to
add a brief paragraph in the form of a question or supposition, the third
paragraph from the bottom of the prose part.

Kumpelmenten and a wonderful weekend!

Reinhard/Ron
