Hi Sandy et al.,
       well I agree that it's due to the nature of the medium, but it still
seems like an extension of meaning to me, from 'act of deciding' to
'announcement of act of deciding'. Or alternatively an extension of the
semantics of 'to see' that allows 'decision' as a possible object?
