Dear Pat

I agree with Luc! A fascinating study - I've only had time to skim through
the pictures/maps and chapter 1 but I shall be returning to read in depth! I
love the animated maps - what a brilliant way of showing what in written
data would be a difficult sum of information to deliver.

If you ever want to move into long wall anchors you are very welcome to come
and work out how many it takes to hold my house together !! It has been
called the New House since c 1850 when it was made from an existing barn and
it is covered, like Luc's house, in anchors ranging from typical Ss to an X
over 4 ft in length!
