I think we have discussed this in the list many years ago.

Basically there are two forms:
- the classical middle Dutch:   *....en...niet...*
- the other found in some dialect pockets, the Aarschot region in Flemish
Brabant being the most important: *...niet...niet...*

Resource material must me in the archives (maybe about 5 yrs ago).
