1 - For local toponomy in Germany in its totality:

2. überarbeite Auflage von Dieter Berger, 1999, Dudenverlag, ISBN
3-411-06252-5, 317 pp.

2 - For Nordrhein-Westfalen I have an interesting one for local history, but
it barely touches toponomy:

Further standard dictionaries and the classical encyclopedias often have
usefull information.

For the Netherlands I have at home:

This is not a scientifical selection. It are just things I found while
browsing book shops in the past years.
