O.K. Ich bin Holger, 43, von Costa Rica und habe heraus von dieser Liste bis
zum 10 Jahren waren. Aber diesen Monat ich bin zurück. Ich habe eine Frage:
Wie kann man erklären, das, welches das Deutsch auf seine beste Art in
Niedersachsen (Hanover) gesprochen wird?

Ok.  I am Holger, 43, from Costa Rica and have being out from this list by
10 years, but this month I am back. I have a question: How can one explain,
that the German is spoken in its best way in Niedersachsen (Hanover) ?
