ich versuche es auf gut Glück. Nachgeschlagen bei: 1.Wossidlo/Teuchert,  2.
Kleines plattdeutsches Wörterbuch SASS,  3. PLATTDEUTSCHES
WÖRTER-VERZEICHNIS

Sprachliche Belege: *Un as de Emmern nu sünd vull *Reut.
Ein Melkerspruch lautet: *Stripp strapp strull, is < dat > Emmer noch nich
vull?*
Heute spricht man eher: *Stripp strapp strull, is < de > Emmer noch nich
vull?*
Oft von starkem Regen: *dat gütt mit Emmern *RoKlock; *Petrus hett dat grot
Emmer ümstülpt *Waren; von einer guten Weide heißt es: *dat bringt wat < int
> Emmer *verspricht einen guten Milchertrag RoKühl.

There are indeed many Low Saxon nouns with dialectically varying gender.
Here are a few more:

Plie (sense, smarts) m ~ n
Boot (boat) f ~ n
Schapp (cupboard) m ~ n
Kraam (wares, stuff, things) m ~ n
Eck (corner) f ~ n
Schalm (reed(s)) f ~ n
Spier (haulm, blade, spear) m ~ n
Pee, Pie (garment made from unrefined cloth) m ~ f

In most cases variation involves neuter.
