Dear Lowlanders,

Earlier today I wrote among other things about launching a "spooky" series
in time for Halloween:

One person has answered the call: our Sandy. He submitted a story, and I
have posted it in his part of our gallery:

http://lowlands-l.net/gallery/fleming_ferranti.php

Thanks, Sandy!

We might as well start a "spooky" presentation and post or double-post
"spooky" things there. I guess Sandy's story and my English translations of
Groth's spooky poems are a start.

<...>

Any further contributions to this will be very, very welcome, of course.
Ideally, works should have a Lowlands angle to them, though.

In the meantime I have put things for the new series together and have put
there the material I mentioned:

I hope you will approve and will do your part to add to it. It does not have
to be long stories and poems but can be in the form of brief accounts of
customs and traditions related to the supernatural. Naturally, this will
have to be within the bounds of what we consider the Lowlands.

Regards,
