The greater Dutch migration left traces in language and buildings and other
aspects of material culture.

There has been a lot of work done on the pre-revolutionary migrants, down to
their original localities.  I am not sure if anyone has correlated people
from particular towns/provinces of the Netherlands with particular
areas/towns/streets in the US.
