Hello and moin to all of you!

That reminds me of the disccussion about bilingualism. Yes, speech
development may be delayed but there are even other exemples. From my daily
work I know a boy who used those signs (in Germany known as "Baby Talk") and
he is a very fast developer in speech. He is just two years old and uses
complete sentences with correct grammar! I think small childen might be more
confident if they can express their needs, wishes or
observations/discoveries. Would be interesting what she thinks about
bilingual education? Would she accept sign language as a "real" language?
