The Scottish Government has now published the Report of the Ministerial
Working Group on the Scots Language at

The usual opinionated and misleading media reaction has also begun:

Hi all,

Thanks Mike for your comprehensive response. I had read that the training of
hearing

interpreters needed much work, so your assessment seems spot on.

Marcus, do scan through the websites that I have provided. It will give you
a general

picture of education in crisis, which seems to be a sad indicator of much
else in the country.

More websites to follow the issue. Search ‘education’ or ‘schools’ in the
search :

Mike Wintzer, it is only fascinating from afar :-)

Regards,

Elsie Zinsser
