heute habe ich ene Nachricht von Tod von Heinrich Kahl, einer der Verfasser
von "der neue SASS" gelesen. Wohl kennen viele Mitglieder von Lowland-L
schon diese Nachricht.

Vor etw 6 Jahren habe ich ihn in Ratzeburg gesehen, und mit ihm ein bisschen
über Haiku geredet.

I, too, just found out about the passing of Heinrich Kahl, a prominent
figure on the Low Saxon scene in Germany, and I, too, have had contacts with
him on and off.

P.S.: By the way, it’s *leve* [ˈlɛˑɪve] or *leive* [ˈlaˑɪve] for ‘dear’,
depending on dialect. *Lieve* is Dutch, *liebe(r/s)* is German.
