Subject: LL-L Language Politics



A recent court decision in France states that the "recognition of the value
of regional languages" in the French Constitution gives no rights for
claiming to be serviced in the regional language, as e.g. in het school
system.



I guess that is similar amost evereywhere, I mean e.g.:

Does the recognition of Low-Saxon give Hamburg parents the right to claim
that the city organizes a school system in Low-Saxon?
