Dear Lowlanders,
Eng.: wheat; Deutsch: weizen; LS: weit; but in Dutch: tarwe.
Q: Dat 'tarwe', waar komt dat etymologisch (of onlogisch?) vandaan, en komt
dat ergens anders ook voor bij Lowlanders?
Should it perhaps come from Scottisch..;-)
