for any other linguistic antiquarianon the list:  I've just been prowling
around www.archive.org, and I've found some interesting texts:

They're safely out of copyright, unless the US and EU Copyright STASI go
through with their Undead Copyright Zombie Apocalypse, and start
confiscating brain left-right-and-centre (brains are the original copyright
circumvention/infringement devices as anyone who's ever read Mozart's
biography knows - it only took him one session listening to the (protected)
Miserere Mass and he copied it down from memory. So when the US and EU
authorities talk about confiscating copyright circumvention/infringement
devices left-right-and-centre ... it appears they don't have any brains of
their own. Poor things.)

I suppose one could ask the authors to represent themselves: a few
thoroughly dead people won't clutter up a courtroom any worse than a few
thoroughly brainless Copyright STASI would.
