Would rather be "Hij is ouder, net als ik" in Standard Dutch. In Brabantish
"A es aver, zjust lek as ekik".

Besides, Brabantish also exclusively uses "as" in every other situation: "A
es zoe aat as ekik" (Hij is zo oud als ik) and "A es aver as ekik" (Hij is
ouder dan ik).
