Ick heff noch wat funn'n:

DUDEN 7 Das Herkunfts-Wörterbuch.
*Kabeljau*:  Die Herkunft des *niederl. *Wortes, das zuerst im 12. Jh. in
der latinisierten Form   *cabellauwus* vorkommt, ist unklar. [im 16. Jh. aus
*mniederl. *cabbeliau ( = *niederl. *kabeljauw) über
*mnd. *kabelow, kabbelouw ins *Frühnhd.*]

Un nich tau vergäten. *Kabbeljau/Dösch *is gesund, man kann väl ut em maken,
kenn ick noch ut mien Kinnertied, *Lebertran *hett väl Vitamine A un D.
