     *Fierabend von't Johr 2012*

*    *De Tied so twüschen Wiehnachten
    un Olljohrsdag is fein,
    denn slarpt dat olle Johr so hen
    un möckt sick up de Bein.

    De Lichters an den'n Dannenbom,
    de brennen nu nich mihr,
    ut Düüsternis steg up de Sünn
    un möckt ehr grote Kihr.

            Dat is de Fierabend,
            de up dat Johr sick leggt,
            as wenn de stille Abend
            noch eins so iernsthaft seggt.
            Ick holl mal fix den'n Aten an
            un mak dat in de Still,
            ick gäw di hüt noch einmal Tied,
            denk nah, dat is mien Will.
            Denk nah un help, dat disse Welt
            von Minschenhand nich föllt,
            holl prat dien Hart un dau, dat Leiw'
            för all' de Minschen gellt.

    Ick dreih mi noch eins sinnig üm
    un strak di ollet Johr,
    lach driest, leiw' Fründ, di Nijohr tau, -
    mak all' uns' Drömen wohr...
