Subject: Sasa!

There is a High German interjection "Sa!" or "Sasa!" (sometimes "Sassa!").
It might be old-fashioned. Does anyone know of it? It is apparently part of
a noun Tausendsasa.

In Volapük the interjection "ja!" [ʃa] is defined as "sa! sasa!" and that
is the source of my query.
