Well, at least not with a traffic sign like this!
Maybe when certain smells and sounds would be added, dogs could be made
clear not to do it there?
Like the smell and roaring of the big lion (from the Wren story) or an
irritating ultrasonic sound only dogs can to hear/

So, a traffic sign in 3D, but then different, more like 3S (three senses).
