Well, there is "out of luck"... but I too am not sure "I lucked out" would
ever be taken to mean no luck...

As for strangely similar/confusing opposites, a favourite (and a real
bugabear for L2 learners who learn that adverbs are formed by adding -ly to
adjectives) is:

I worked hard.
vs
I hardly worked.
