Greetings,

     You may have already seen this. It looks interesting.   I just glanced 
through it a bit.   It is quite an undertaking of language specialists and 
native speakers to collaborate globally in building a publicly accessible online 
archive of all documented human languages.
     You can go to a country, choose a language, then you can see 
subcategories of that language, if there are any.
