That would be great! When you get in touch with her, please ask her if and
how they might want to participate--there are, of course, plenty of open
slots since the slots are still undefined. And, also see if they have any
ideas about inviting community members.

If there's any chance that they could get funds from the university for
community members, you might want to remind them about the LSA-endorsed
Year of Languages:

The whole point of this, as I understand it, is to guilt deans into
funding language-related things. We don't have to tell the deans that the
focus of the resolution is foreign-language teaching.
