L'université d'été DGfS CNRS "Summer school in typology" se tiendra à 
Leipzig du 15 août au 4 septembre 2010. *

We invite advanced students (Ph.D. or M.A. level) in linguistics and 
related fields to attend this 3-week event in August/September 2010. It 
is co-organized by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Sprachwissenschaft 
(DGfS), the Max Planck Institute for Evolutionary Anthropology, the 
University of Leipzig, and the Fédération Typologie et Universaux 
Linguistiques (CNRS, Paris).
The Summer School offers courses in different areas of linguistics, 
which look at language from the point of view of linguistic typology 
(phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics, areal typology, sign language 
typology, language contact, language acquisition). The courses will be 
taught by distinguished linguists from Germany, France and elsewhere.
The summer school is of course also open to more advanced scientists who 
are interested in learning about typology.

Nous invitons les étudiants de niveau avancé en linguistique (ou dans 
des disciplines connexes)* à participer à l'université d'été qui se 
tiendra du 15 août au 4 septembre 2010 à Leipzig. L'évènement est 
organisé par l'Association allemande des Sciences du Langage (DGfS), 
l'Institut Max Planck d'Anthropologie Evolutionnaire, l'Université de 
Leipzig et la Fédération de Recherche Typologie et Universaux 
Linguistiques (CNRS, Paris). L'université d'été offre des cours 
concernant la typologie linguistique à tous les niveaux d'analyse 
(phonologie, morphologie, syntaxe, sémantique, linguistique aréale, 
langues des signes, linguistique de contact, acquisition...). Les 
intervenants sont des linguistes renommés d'Allemagne, de France et 
d'ailleurs.
L'école est bien sûr également ouverte aux chercheurs avancés et aux 
membres du CNRS intéressés par la typologie.
* Master ou doctorat

Hiermit laden wir fortgeschrittene Studenten (M.A. oder Doktoranden) der 
Linguistik und verwandter Fächer ein, an unserer 3-wöchigen Sommerschule 
im August/September 2010 teilzunehmen. Die Veranstaltung wird gemeinsam 
von der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Sprachwissenschaft (DGfS), dem 
Max-Planck-Institut für Evolutionäre Anthropologie, der Universität 
Leipzig und der Fédération Typologie et Universaux Linguistiques (CNRS, 
Paris) organisiert. Die Sommerschule bietet Kurse auf verschiedenen 
sprachwissenschaftlichen Gebieten an, die Sprache aus typologischer 
Perspektive betrachten (Phonologie, Morphologie, Syntax, Semantik, 
Arealtypologie, Gebärdensprachen, Sprachkontakt, Spracherwerb). Die 
Kurse werden von renomierten Dozenten aus Deutschland, Frankreich und 
anderen Ländern unterrichtet.
The Sommerschule steht natürlich auch erfahreneren Wissenschaftlern 
offen, die an Typologie interessiert sind.
