Sometimes Error with the send back to calling program (Praat)

Dear,

In one of the computer we use, an error message appears when we click on 
"send back to calling program" in the Praat program:

"unable to update textgrid: java.io.IOexception could not copy textgrid 
data from Praat. " 

The error message is correct, despite having changed the texgrid boundaries 
in Praat, they were not updated in Phon.

We tried to find out where the error comes from. We updated the font (we 
had a missing font in one computer), we updated Praat and Phon to have the 
same and more recent version on both computer, but still, in one of the 
computer the error message remains, and appears only for specific sessions 
and sometimes only for specific "records". On the other computer, no error 
message and the update in Phon is correctly done for the same session with 
the same record.

Do you have any idea where this might come from? I have no more idea myself.
