[RNLD] Dictionary apps

You can choose to make one for iphone, (AppBuilder does that as an option)
but then you have to deal with Apple's store  because (as I understand it)
you cannot just distribute the iphone app on your own, unlike the android
app which can be passed via bluetooth between users and so does not even
need an internet connection once a copy is in the local community.
