[RNLD] Dictionary apps

Hi Jeff,

Work fine for me as well, with one caveat: I haven't been able to make 
the App Builder generate a correct dictionary with multiple Vernacular 
writing systems. This might be a problem when you for instance have an 
indigenous script and a romanized script.
