New name of the Lenin Library

A few years ago the Lenin Library was renamed Rossiiskaia gosudarstvennaia
biblioteka, not to be confused with the Rossiiskaia natsional'naia
biblioteka in St. Petersburg, which use to be the Saltykov-Shchedrin
("publichka").
