        I am looking for as recent information as possible on the ethnic
russian/native estonian conflict within Estonia. Also if anyone could
tell me how I could possibly get in touch with officials in the Estonian
and Russian governments, and/or experts in this field. This is for a
thesis: "A Study of the Native Estonian-Ethnic Russian Conflict Within
