Khrushchev's Secret Speech

The only Russian version I have been able to find was translated from French:
Istoricheskii ocherk, Doklad na zakrytom zasedanii XX s"ezda KPSS:  o
kul'te lichnosti i ego posledstviiakh (London, Overseas Publications
Interchange, 1986).

This is from OCLC.  You might do better in another database with the
uniform title:  Rech' na zakrytom zasedanii dvadtsatogo s"ezda KPSS.
