The Baykov Library here has a copy under the title 'Doklad na
zakrytom zasedanii XX s"ezda....
It says it is published by Gospolitizdat, M,. 1959 and looks just
like one of their usual publications but could perhaps be a fake
produced in the West, since, as far as I know, it was never officially
published in the USSR. It is not in its place in the library at
present, though it does not appear to be on loan....
