Trying to reach Henry Hudson Tolbert

I'm trying to get ahold of Henry Hudson TOLBERT--A.B. Univ. of Chicago,
1964; Ph.D. Brown Univ., 1972.  According to his dissertation he was
"currently employed" at Tuskeegee Institute.  Would anyone know an
address, phone number, or (even better) e-mail address at which to
