Charles Gribble: e-mail address

Can anyone please help? I am trying to get a message to C.Gribble
(the editor of Slavica) by e-mail: the 2 addresses I have (1 from G.
Fowler's list; the other from a message I saw recently) both meet
with the annoying response:
    "C.Gribble 'undefined'" (!) I am at a loss.
