Outcomes Assessment

I am interested in collecting information on outcomes assessment for
undergraduate Russian majors. I am aware of many possible kinds of
assessment. I am most interested in knowing what specific measures are
currently being used by Russian or Slavic Departments. (I assume some
programs have been asked by administrators to report on outcomes, some
are doing so of their own accord, and some are not doing this at all.)
