Can anyone recommend Russian literary works concerning the War of 1812 and
Napoleon available in English translation?
1. *War and Peace*, of course, [is Norton Critical the best edition to use
for American undergrads?]
2.  Lermontov, "Borodino"-- this became a folk song.  Are there any famous
recordings?
3.  Has Zagoskin's *Roslavlev* ever been translated?

What else can you recommend?
