Major public education program in Ukraine in need of American citizens to
fill senior management positions beginning January, 1997 for a one year
minimum. Previous supervisory experience in a public education program in the
CIS or Eastern Europe mandatory, as are strong, demonstrable English language
writing skills.

Also hiring for the same time period a Broadcast Media Director. Requirements
include excellent scriptwriting skills, management experience and in-depth
knowledge of television and radio production. Previous work experience in the
CIS or other developing region essential.

Effective oral Russian or Ukrainian language skills a major plus for all
positions.
