Financial aid for CIS students

An institute in the RF has asked me to find out about opportunities for CIS
undergraduate students to receive financial aid to do undergraduate work in
the US. Does anyone whether any such programs exist or whether there are any
organizations, non-profit or for profit, that help prospective students
locate possible resources?  Any leads would be much appreciated.
