Teaching Russian in Philadelphia area?

Hello -

Does anyone have information on where to look for a job teaching Russian
language in the Philadelphia area?

Is there a listing somewhere of local Russian or Slavic departments at
universities?
Also of possible non-university positions?

The person seeking the job is a native speaker, a professor from Moscow.

Any help would be appreciated.
