Board.  DUTIES: Coordinate Internet access and training for
non-commercial institutions NIS.  QUALIFICATIONS: Strong Russian
or other NIS language ability and area studies background (B.A. or
above); Broad computer skills, including training experience,
Internet background and HTML; Strong written and oral communication
skills; US Citizenship required.  PROVISIONS: Monthly living
stipend/housing allowance; federal loan deferment, health/evacuation
