One more recommendation: Janusz Siatkowski, Mieczyslaw Basaj. Slownik
czesko-polski. Warszawa: Wiedza Powszechna, and Praha: Sta'tni'
pedagogicke' nakladatelstvi', 1991.
I reach for it a lot. It's not Czech-English, but it's very good for
grammatical information, pronunciation and phraseology.
