query: Ottepel

[Wim Coudenys]

Dear Seelangers,
Can anyone tell me whether Tiutchev invented the image of "Ottepel'" (Thaw)
after the death of Nikolai I (1855) (and not Erenburg in 1953!) and where I
can find him quoting this idea?
