Russian TV broadcasting

Is anyone aware of a TV broadcast service in Russian, that's available
in the U.S. (e.g., on a satellite dish), other than the Russian American
Educational Services program offered by the Ethnic-American Broadcasting
Co.?

If anyone does respond to this, please include information about how to
get in contact with a company, plus any information you might have about
the cost.
