               Administrative Officer, Washington, DC

A not-for-profit seeks a qualified candidate to fill the Administrative
Officer position to support a program that acquires and distributes
donated property to the New Independent States (NIS).

Responsibilities Include: Maintain Access 7.0 database; prepare program
reports; develop and maintain record keeping system for both paper and
electronic correspondence; provide "back stop" and support for field
staff.

The right candidate must possess: BA or equivalent undergraduate degree.
 Excellent oral and written communication skills.  Computer literacy:
WordPerfect, Windows 95, MS Office, Access 7.0 database knowledge,
e-mail, and Internet.  Program support experience.  Strong organizational
skills and diligent attention to detail.

Salary: Mid 20K
