AATSEEL web site back up

Dear SEELANGers,

The AATSEEL web site at

        http://clover.slavic.pitt.edu/~aatseel/

is back up. We were not able to identify the source of the network
connectivity problem that cut this machine off from the Internet for a few
hours late yesterday afternoon/evening, but the problem went away on its
own, and we're going to try to track it down after the fact as a way of
preventing a recurrance. Meanwhile--tfu, tfu, tfu--all of the AATSEEL
pages should be available again.
