[Slavic Languages and Literatures]

TEACHING ASSISTANTSHIPS AVAILABLE
        For the 1998-1999 academic year in a Slavic language other than
Russian. Polish, Serbian/Croatian, Czech, or Bulgarian preferred. Fluency
in the given language, teaching experience and graduate standing in the
Slavic Department of the University of Virginia are required. A stipend and
tuition remission will be provided. For further information please contact
