                   INTERNSHIP JOB DESCRIPTION


IREX, a leading non-profit organization in international education and
training seeks an intern to assist in the President's office.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to filing, faxing,
database entry, and database searches.  Applicants must be familiar
with basic computer programs including general word processing, spread
sheets, and databases (Microsoft Windows 95 and Microsoft Office
97--Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  Applicants must also have good
organizational skills and a professional demeanor.   Internship length
is indefinite, but the individual must be available for at least one
month.  Start date is ASAP.  The number of hours worked per week is
negotiable.
