Czech in Louisiana?

Two questions for SEELANGS subscribers:

 a) What, if any, are the opportunities for studying Czech in the vicinity of
New Orleans?  In Louisiana in general?

 b) Is there any kind of Web page or other source for volunteer or nonprofit
opportunities in Central and Eastern Europe for summer 1999?

If anyone has information upon either point, I would be grateful hear about
it.
