Greetings!

It's out; at least, my colleague Howard Keller has it, and I've seen it
demonstrated. It's really pretty good, even though it runs only on the
Windows platform... :-(((

There is a dictionary called Context from Smart Link Corp
(www.smartlinkcorp.com) which runs on both platforms, and has numerous
specialized dictionaries. The main dictionary program is reasonably priced
($125), but add-on dictionaries are ridiculous, e.g., $50 for 10K of
religious terms. I have seen this in use, and the user professed
satisfaction. I have seen, but not used personally, one other bilingual
dictionary for Macintosh, but cannot recall its name or manufacturer.
Perhaps someone else can help. I daresay there are probably other Windows
products as well.
